We use an old family recipe for our unique and delicious salsa. The first batches were made in the family kitchen. A jar was given here and there to friends and soon everyone was asking to buy it. Now our salsa is available to salsa lovers everywhere.

Our business was recently featured in the Billings Gazette in the weekly features section. We invite you read the article "Hot commodity: Passion keeps Janzen's salsa dream going".

Cowboy Poet's Salsa comes in three flavors: mild, medium, and hot! Each jar is made with the finest and freshest ingredients. Coming soon….. Cowboy Poet's Green Sauce! We are a member of the International Chili Society.

FiCowboy Poet's Salsa participated in the 2006 ZestFest Fiery Foods Awards Show. Out of 640 entries, Cowboy Poet's Salsa took home awards in the Hot, Medium and Mild Salsa categories, including the People's Preference Award!
